Bucharest, 9 June 2026

The Blockchain Intelligence Professionals Association (BIPA), in partnership with IKNAIO Cryptoasset Analytics, is hosting a one-day intensive training programme designed to equip police officers, investigators, and prosecutors with the core methodological and evidentiary foundations required to address the growing role of crypto-assets in organised crime, money laundering, sanctions evasion, and hostile state activity.

This programme supports the transition from fragmented tool use to professionally governed blockchain intelligence practice.

This event is supported by IKANIO Cryptoasset Analytics, reflecting a shared commitment across the public and private sectors to strengthening professional standards and operational resilience in blockchain intelligence.

As blockchain-enabled financial flows become increasingly relevant in investigations and court proceedings, law enforcement and prosecutorial authorities must move beyond tool familiarity toward defensible, standards-driven practice.

The programme combines practitioner expertise and scientific rigor to strengthen investigative effectiveness and evidentiary robustness, while remaining vendor-neutral in its instructional approach.

Strategic Rationale

As crypto-assets become increasingly relevant in organised crime and geopolitical conflict, blockchain intelligence is transitioning from specialist capability to mainstream investigative necessity. Without clear methodological understanding and professional standards, investigations and prosecutions risk evidentiary vulnerability.

This programme supports the transition from fragmented tool use to professionally governed blockchain intelligence practice.
