Ovidiu is a human resources and psychology professional, holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. Over many years working internationally in Norway, he has specialised in building genuine connections between people and in identifying the common ground that brings teams and innovative ideas together. He is also a Certified Blockchain Intelligence Specialist (CBIS).
At BIPA, Ovidiu applies this expertise to connect the dynamics of human behaviour with the demands of emerging technologies.
